News has broken that original actors Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson will reprise their iconic roles in the next chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. Production is currently underway.
A Significant Comeback for the Franchise
The actors will once again portray Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, respectively. It is believed their roles will likely occur in a future-set scene, considering the original saga concluded with their characters settled into family life.
